Physical Design and CAD Team Leader

Reports To: CAD and Physical design director

Primary Function:

You will be joining a group implementing the most advanced devices for the Digital TV, Multimedia, Digital Camera and Imaging markets.

We are looking for top-notch manager for a VLSI group, that works with the most advanced deep sub-micron technologies, and pushes the VLSI design to its limits.

As part of your work, you will be involved in research and development of new technologies.

 You will lead the Physical Design of complex SoC devices using state of the art tools and cutting edge technologies

Education & Experience:

• BSC or MSC in EE or CS

• At least 5 years of experience in Physical Design

• At least 2 year of experience as a Physical Design team leader -* Understanding of VLSI Flow from Specification to Silicon - mandatory.
• Knowledge of Synthesis, Place&Route and Static Timing Analysis tools - mandatory.  

• Understanding of simulation tools (SPICE & fast SPICE simulators) - an advantage.

• Knowledge of signal integrity in deep sub micron design: IR Drop, Electro-migration rules, cross talk, antenna rules and more - an advantage.
• Understanding Low Power design and Low Power optimization methods - an advantage
• Experience in logic design - an advantage
